The pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and are closed on Wednesdays for cleaning. The pool deck is available throughout the season.

You are responsible for rent through the terms stated in your lease agreement. If breaking the lease becomes necessary, The Blairs District requires a 60-day notice, payment of two additional months of rent for a total of four months, and repayment of any rent concessions received at move in.
Residents should contact Pepco directly to establish an account in their name and arrange service prior to move-in.
Trash service is included in your rent and paid for by the landlord.

The Blairs District is located minutes from the Silver Spring Metro Station, MARC train, Paul Sarbanes Transit Center, and several bus lines including the S2, S4, and S9, as well as Ride On’s free Silver Spring VanGo Shuttle. Downtown DC is accessible in approximately twenty minutes with no transfers. Onsite Zipcar parking spaces are also available.
